New study: U.S. clean energy use has accelerated during the past decade

Since 2009, the United States has increased its solar power generation 40-fold and upped its electric production from wind by more than 270 percent, according to a new report released today by Environment Ohio Research & Policy Center and Frontier Group. The study also highlights advances in energy savings, the increased use of energy storage and the tremendous growth of electric vehicle sales.
